Approximately 30 employees will transfer to the respective companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>As of October 1, 2026, the Content &amp; Commerce Unit of Y1 Digital AG will become part of the DigitalNativeAlliance: The Commerce unit will become part of NETFORMIC GmbH, while the Content Unit, with its CMS and user experience expertise, will become part of VERDURE GmbH. The clients and approximately 30 employees will thus join one of the largest owner-managed agency groups.  <strong>For existing customers, the partnership will continue seamlessly while being expanded to include additional expertise within the DigitalNativeAlliance.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Y1 focuses on product information throughout the entire customer journey.
