The DigitalNativeAlliance is pleased to welcome VERDURE Medienteam GmbH as a new member of the group. With this acquisition, the DigitalNativeAlliance is consistently pursuing its growth strategy and strengthening its position as one of the leading owner-managed agency groups providing digital services to small and medium-sized businesses both nationally and internationally.

DigitalNativeAlliance Acquires VERDURE and Expands Its Service Portfolio with High-Growth B2B Websites

Ronald Hajdo, CEO and founder of VERDURE, will join the DigitalNativeAlliance and continue to lead VERDURE’s operations. “After more than 20 successful years, it was time for me to tap into new synergies and growth opportunities. In DigitalNativeAlliance, we have found the ideal partner who shares our vision and offers new prospects to both our employees and our customers,” explains Ronald Hajdo.

As part of the integration, VERDURE Medienteam GmbH will be divided into two clearly defined divisions in the future:

Tech and UX Division:
VERDURE will remain an independent entity and continue to specialize in high-growth websites, particularly in the B2B sector, with a focus on TYPO3 as its leading technology. Tools and processes will be gradually optimized to realize synergies within the DigitalNativeAlliance.
Online Marketing and Content Division:
This division will be fully integrated into DigitalNativeAlliance’s existing subsidiary, KlickPiloten GmbH. This will create an even more comprehensive focus on 360° digital marketing, which will benefit both VERDURE and KlickPiloten customers alike.

“With VERDURE Medienteam GmbH, we’re not only gaining a highly competent team, but also expanding our service portfolio in two key areas: tech and UX—with strong TYPO3 expertise—as well as online marketing and content. The integration of the online marketing division into KlickPiloten gives us the opportunity to further expand our 360° digital marketing offerings and provide our clients with comprehensive solutions of the highest caliber. At the same time, I am delighted to have Ronald Hajdo on board—an experienced and visionary partner who, together with his team, will strengthen the DigitalNativeAlliance’s tech and UX expertise.”

Stephan Sigloch

CEO and Co-Founder of DigitalNativeAlliance

“VERDURE’s tech and UX division, with its clear specialization in TYPO3 and B2B websites, is a valuable addition to our group. By integrating it into our existing structures, we can create synergies while preserving VERDURE’s strengths. Our goal is to set new standards—both technologically and in terms of our processes—so that we can continue to offer our clients first-class B2B website solutions.”

Timo Weltner

CEO and Co-Founder of DigitalNativeAlliance

The VERDURE brand and its independence will be preserved, and it will continue to focus on growth-oriented website solutions using TYPO3 as its key technology. At the same time, it will work closely with the other companies in the DigitalNativeAlliance to leverage synergies and actively shape the future.

A clear focus on small and medium-sized businesses and comprehensive digital transformation

The acquisition of VERDURE underscores the DigitalNativeAlliance’s mission as an owner-managed group of companies to support medium-sized businesses—both nationally and internationally—in all aspects of digital transformation. From strategic development and technical implementation to data-driven optimization and marketing, the group offers its clients a seamlessly integrated, comprehensive range of services.

“Our goal is not only to offer small and medium-sized businesses technological excellence, but also to serve as a long-term partner on equal footing, ready to help them tackle all the challenges of the digital world, both nationally and internationally,” said Timo Weltner.

The acquisition of VERDURE is another logical step along this path — driven by the conviction that digital transformation requires not only technological solutions but, above all, customer-centric solutions that create real added value for growth.
